i was utterly disappointed by my stay. first, there’s no reception, which felt a bit sketchy, and second, the no elevator situation was just absurd for a "hotel". Considering the hassle, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been a nice touch, but alas, they seemed too busy. i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.
